1. CARE/SUPPORT PROVIDERS
The largest number of our partners are care/support providers with strong service provision and local authority support. Having worked directly with differently abled individuals and those with special needs the challenges posed to service providers are not lost upon us and we are happy to help with these. We can work in the following ways:
Expansion: For any providers who are looking to expand we can offer funding to acquire and develop sites.
Equity Release: For any scheme currently in use we can acquire it at market value leasing it back to the provider on a long-term basis, allowing continued usage of the scheme while releasing locked asset equity.

3. HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS
The impact we seek to make cannot be achieved on our own. We are always on the lookout to work with Housing Associations who share our ethos and aim to uplift the most vulnerable in our society. To work with us you would have the infrastructure and ambition to grow with the goal of making a meaningful difference. In our collaborations we would offer financing and developing ability working on sites both new builds and refurbs. Housing Associations we have worked with have benefited from growing their revenue streams by increasing the no. of units under their management, high quality assets, certainty of long leases in the sites and expanding to newer geographic locations all the while making a meaningful difference.
2. LOCAL AUTHORITIES & COMMISSIONERS
We partner with Local Authorities to work on supported accommodation projects including those on homelessness, supported living and residential care. In the face of a growing homelessness crisis, funding cuts and dearth of grants our work with our local authority partners is more essential now than ever.
This can take the following two forms:
Increasing Capacity: Working jointly with local authorities we identify, acquire and develop new sites to accommodate vulnerable adults both homeless and special needs.
Existing Sites: With longevity in mind while we aim to add additional supported accommodation capacity, we would also like to ensure existing schemes continue operating efficiently and stay in use. We offer a combination of funding for an equity release, development and creative housing solutions (alongside our range of partners) to existing schemes. This allows the current usage of a scheme on the basis of a long-term lease while releasing equity from the scheme.
We work with a variety of funding partners including REITs, Institutional Investors, Pension Funds and Family Offices. We combine a commercial mind and a benevolent heart to allow our funding partners to invest in social impact projects which while making a positive contribution also allow healthy commercial return. These are all assets let on long terms leases offering high yields and strong covenants. All assets are income producing from day one with most leases being CPI linked with upward only increments. We aim to build long term relationships with our funding partners.
