3. HOUSING PARTNERS
We are location agnostic and as we expand nationwide we are always on the lookout for housing providers who share our ethos. Our housing partners include Housing Associations, Charities and CIC's working to house and support the most vulnerable in our society. To partner with us you would have the infrastructure and ambition to grow with the goal of making a meaningful difference. Partnering with us has allowed our housing partners to increase their housing stock and geographic operations by adding high quality institutional grade assets to their stock. Our experienced acquisitions team works with our network of sourcing partners to find the best assets, which the development team then develops before handover.
2. LOCAL AUTHORITIES & COMMISSIONERS
We partner with Local Authorities to meet their housing and commissioning needs including providing affordable housing and supported accomodation. In the face of a growing homelessness crisis, funding cuts and dearth of grants our work with our local authority partners is more essential now than ever.
This can take the following two forms:
Increasing Capacity: Working jointly with local authorities we identify, acquire and develop new sites to accommodate vulnerable adults both homeless and special needs.
Existing Sites: We offer a range of housing solutions where there is existing social housing stock. This includes sale and leasebacks; fully updating and refurbishment of the properties; sourcing specialist operating partners to operate/manage the assets, etc.

4. Funding Partners
We work with a variety of funding partners including REITs, Institutional Investors, Pension Funds and Family Offices. We combine a commercial mind and a benevolent heart to allow our funding partners to invest in social infrastructure projects which while making a positive contribution also allow stable commercial returns. Assets are let on long terms leases offering competitive yields and strong covenants. Assets tend to be income producing from day one with most leases being CPI linked with upward only increments. We aim to build long term relationships with our funding partners.
